These terms govern your use of the checkpointqa.co.uk website. Use of the CheckpointQA platform itself is governed by the subscription agreement provided when your workspace is provisioned.

Who these terms are for

CheckpointQA is a business-to-business product. This website and its services are intended for businesses and their staff acting in the course of business, not for consumers.

Using this site

You may browse this site and use the information on it to evaluate CheckpointQA. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities outside our responsible disclosure process, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent its content.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site are owned by Checkpoint Quality Assurance. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current, but its content is provided for general information and does not form part of any contract. The plan features and prices that apply to you are those agreed with you and set out in your subscription agreement.

Guides and general information

The guides and articles on this site are general information about quality management and ISO 9001, not professional, legal or consulting advice, and reading them creates no adviser–client relationship. Certification requirements, timescales and costs vary between organisations and certification bodies; verify anything you intend to rely on with your certification body or a suitably qualified professional. We are not liable for decisions taken in reliance on this content.

Third-party names and comparisons

Product and company names mentioned on this site, including on our comparison page, are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. Comparative information is compiled from publicly available sources believed to be accurate at the time of publication. Products change — if you believe anything is inaccurate, please tell us and we will review it promptly.

Subscriptions and payments

There is currently no self-serve checkout on this site. Subscriptions are arranged directly with us: we agree the plan with you, provision your workspace, and invoice you separately. The prices published on our pricing page are the monthly prices in GBP, and no VAT is added to them. Plans have no minimum term. Workspace provisioning and onboarding follow within one business day of the plan being agreed.

If we introduce online checkout, or if the amounts payable change — including if VAT becomes chargeable — the terms applying to your subscription will be those stated to you at the point of purchase and in your subscription agreement, and we will tell you before any change takes effect.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
