What counts as a user?
A user is a named person with a login. Read-only reviewers and your external auditor's portal access don't count towards your band. If you're near a boundary, we'll help you pick the right plan on the walkthrough.
Is there a free trial?
Today you can use the full live demo with realistic sample data, free and with no sign-up. A trial with your own data is coming; if that's what you need to decide, tell us on the walkthrough and we'll talk about the best way in.
How do I actually pay — is it instant checkout?
Not yet. Right now setup is a short guided step with us so we can get your workspace right — self-serve checkout is being finished. We'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
What does migrating from spreadsheets involve?
You can import registers from CSV or XLSX and bulk-upload documents with a metadata sheet, so you're not re-keying everything. We'll walk the first import with you.
Can we cancel and take our evidence with us?

What does Enterprise add, and how does G-Cloud work?
