BSI-certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and CQI Practitioner with 14 years' applied quality and compliance experience across British Army service (Ammunition Technician / Counter-Terrorist EOD Operator), UK government infrastructure delivery (BDUK / Project Gigabit), life-safety manufacturing (Lifeline Fire & Safety Systems), and complex government IT programme quality management (Akkodis UK Ltd).
Specialisms include defence supply chain quality (AQAP, AS9100), NCR/CAPA management, QMS implementation from the ground up, and embedded programme-level quality management. SC clearance held to October 2031.
